Berja - 12kms
In Berja the suburb of Villavieja was declared a site of 'Cultural Interest' back in 1987. Here you'll find lots of fantastic spanish bars and restaurants, aswell as shops, and an array of beautiful plazas and historic buildings.

Adra (6 kms), Ballengra (10kms), Balerma (15 kms)
Here you'll fine 3 great towns, with stunning long beaches and an array of beach bars and beach activities. In all these town you'll find fantastic sea food restaurants, all serving fresh fish sourced locally

Almerimar - 25 kms
Take in the wonderful surrondings of Almerimar, with a vast array of activities for all the family. Wonderful beaches on both the east and west, with the main port of Almerimar in the center. You'll find restaurants for all tastes, including tapas bars, high end restaurants and beach bars. Take a boat trip, partake in paddle boarding or jet skiing, or get your golf clubs out on the famous 27 hole golf course.

Roquetas de mar (40kms) & Aquadulce (44kms)
Aquadulce, in spanish translates to ´sweet water´ beacause it is famous for it's crystal clear waters, and golden sandy beaches. The marina here is surrounded by restaurants and bars, enjoy a cocktail on the beach, or bask in the sun on a sun bed.

Roquetas de mar is a famous tourist hot spot on the coast. Here you'll find lot of great things to do including bike hire, 4 & 6 seater bike hire, beach activities, sea inflatables, quad bike and scooter hire, and a small amusement park for children.

Almeria - 54 kms
Almería is a city in southeast Spain. The Alcazaba is an imposing Moorish fortress overlooking the city. The fortified, 16th-century Almería Cathedral has a Gothic ribbed ceiling. The Museum of Almería displays archaeological finds from across the region. Underground lies a network of tunnels, the Civil War Shelters of Almería. The English Cable is a huge iron pier and symbol of the city’s former mining industry
